The product has been marked as freware, but I don't see it on the official website anymore. The home URL directs to a page with general information. Since it's from Emerson, I don't think you can use this application in an office without a legal agreement or permission from the developers.
Last release was back in 2008 and the developer probably has abandoned the software.
Consider trying some alternatives like Orifice Design Calculator or InstruCalc.
